Important Information for Trapper Education Students:
Enrolling in traditional courses and/or participating in In-Field Training activities with a certified instructor requires a signed Student Registration/Parental Release Form to attend. Minor students are encouraged to have their parents sign this form, provide all requested information in advance, and bring this for the first class or field day activity. The alternative is that the parent/guardian must attend the initial class or field day with the student to sign the form and provide the requested information. Adult participants may fill out and sign the form on location.

NOTICE:

Students without a signed form will not be permitted to continue with the field day activity with a certified instructor until the instructor has received the completed form.
