Greetings District 4,

I hope all is well and that your trapping seasons are productive. We held our district meeting in October and discussed items addressed at the previous BOD meeting. A few members stressed the importance of fostering unity between all trapping organizations in MN. Those concerns will be brought to the next BOD meeting for discussion. Upcoming elections for Congress, as well as State offices, were discussed, and the need for representatives favorable to trapping issues being elected was stressed; also under discussion was the possibility of District 4 hosting another MTA convention in the near future; several locations are currently under district consideration. If our district does win a convention bid, it will require a large solid group of volunteers to do so successfully. If you’d be willing to assist in any fashion, please let me know.
