2 goose breasts
1 lb. fatty bacon
¼ c soy sauce
¼ c teriyaki sauce
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
12 tsp garlic salt
12 tsp onion salt
Dash Salt & Pepper
Mix last 6 ingredients together. Cut goose into 1 inch cubes and marinate at least 12 hours in mix.
Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap ½ strip bacon around each goose chunks and hold in place with toothpick.
Grill or broil chunks until bacon burns.
